The Family Justice Center offers a variety of services including confidential assessments and direct referrals to community resources. However, you may just be looking for resources for one specific need only. The list below may be helpful.

St. Joseph Regional Medical Center’s Forensic Department provides full medical care to those that have experienced sexual assault, domestic violence, elder abuse, child abuse, and/or strangulation. Please access care through the Emergency Department entrance located at 5215 Holy Cross Parkway Mishawaka, IN 46545.

One of the services offered by the Family Justice Center is assistance with filing for protective orders. For more information, questions about the protective order process, or to find out if you qualify for services and/or schedule an appointment with the FJC, please call 574-234-6900 Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm.
E-File - the state of Indiana has created an option for individuals to file protective orders online.
